1. Introduction

Welcome to All Oregon Glass (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including glass installation, repair, and related services.

 

By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

All Oregon Glass provides residential and commercial glass services, including but not limited to:

  • Window installation and replacement

  • Glass repair

  • Custom glass solutions

  • Shower door installation

  • Emergency glass services

  • Window screen replacement

All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

​

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • All estimates expired after 30 days.

  • Final pricing may vary based on:

    • Site conditions

    • Material changes

    • Additional labor required

  • Written approval (email, signature, or deposit) is required before work begins.

4. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [cash, check, credit card, etc.].

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment times.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work area

  • Ensure utilities (if needed) are available

  • Remove or secure personal property near the work area

​

We are not responsible for damage to items not removed from the work zone.

​

7. Permits and Compliance

  • The customer is responsible for obtaining permits unless otherwise agreed.

  • All Oregon Glass complies with applicable state and local regulations, including licensing requirements from the
    Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We provide workmanship warranties for a period of 1 year from completion.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable

    • Most manufacturer window warranties will be 10 years for IGU replacement.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or natural events

    • Normal wear and tear

  • Wood disclaimer - We are not responsible for wood stops breaking during disassembly.

Except as stated, services are provided “as is” without additional warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All Oregon Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided

10. Property Damage

While we take care to minimize risk:

  • Minor incidental damage may occur during installation

  • We will repair damage caused directly by our work when appropriate

  • Pre-existing conditions are not our responsibility

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of All Oregon Glass and may not be used without permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
